Agreement to Terms

When you hire InstaHands San Clemente Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety protocols.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if conditions on site differ from those observed during the initial assessment. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. Please ensure pets are secured and notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hazards on your property. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles not disclosed prior to service.

Permits and Regulations

Some tree work may require permits from local authorities. While we can advise you on permit requirements, it is your responsibility to obtain necessary permits before work begins. We will work with you to ensure compliance with all local regulations.

Liability and Insurance

InstaHands San Clemente Tree Services is fully insured and licensed. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances.

Warranty and Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural events, third parties, or normal tree growth.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified, our services include debris removal and site cleanup. We will haul away branches, logs, and other tree waste. Stump grinding includes grinding the stump below ground level and filling the hole with wood chips.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available for urgent situations such as storm damage or hazardous trees. Emergency service rates may differ from standard pricing due to the urgent nature and potential after-hours work required.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
